Because a 60-unit value-add deals with very different demands than a 400-unit Class A lease-up, we group communities into three core tiers—Small, Mid, and Large—based primarily on door count. Each tier sets an appropriate staffing level, response-time commitment, and included scope of preventive work. From there we fine-tune the plan to match your existing on-site resources, preferred communication workflow, and any brand-standard checklists you already follow.
