Job Description: 

Maintenance Technician (W-2)
Location: Greater Birmingham, AL
Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee
Pay: Base + Best-in-Class Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
-Complete a high volume of daily work orders across multifamily properties
-Troubleshoot and repair common issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
-Ensure same-day completion where possible, and eliminate callbacks
-Represent the Maintenance Man brand with pride and professionalism

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2+ years experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
- Comfortable with common tools, repairs, and working solo or on a team
 - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high task ownership
- Licensed trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) a plus — not required
